HOW IS THE FIGHT AGAINST MICROBES AND VIRUSES GOING IN THE PRACTICE?

Our healthcare team has ALWAYS paid special attention to hygiene. Dentistry professionals are among the professionals
the best trained and most aware of hygiene and asepsis. Our objective: to prevent the risk of contamination of patients and staff
to treat you in SAFETY!

What is asepsis

Asepsis is the preventative method used to prevent microbial infection in the practice.

How are viruses and infections transmitted?

There are two modes of contamination: direct (from one person to another), or cross (from one person to another by an intermediary such as an instrument).

IN THE PRACTICE, WHAT SOLUTIONS ARE TAKEN TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF VIRUSES AND INFECTIONS?

DECONTAMINATION & DISINFECTION OF SURFACES

The objective is to eliminate the majority of microorganisms (viruses, fungi and bacteria) that cannot be sterilized. The disinfection products and detergents of our practice meet the recommended standards (Virucidie: NF EN 14476).

We disinfect or protect by film
plastic ANY element or accessory not
essential for care.

DECONTAMINATION & STERILIZATION OF INSTRUMENTS

Sterilization aims to destroy all viruses and bacteria. The instruments are placed in an ultrasonic bath, rinsed, washed and dried in a high temperature auto-washer with disinfectants, bactericides and fungicides.

Finally, they are bagged and sterilized in an autoclave (class B). All material meets current CE sterilization standards.

In this period of health crisis,
we favor single-use material as much as possible.

TRACEABILITY

It responds to all the recommendations and
legal requirements, in order to ensure total peace of mind for our patients and our team.

HAND HYGIENE

HAND WASHING is the best hygienic measure to prevent the spread of infections because it simply interrupts the chain of
risks of infectious contamination.

VENTILATION OF THE TREATMENT ROOM

We ventilate the treatment room
between each patient (minimum 15 minutes).

PROFESSIONNAL CLOTHING
OF OUR STAFF

Our PPE (personal protective equipment)
have been strengthened and adapted to the current risk:
charlotte, goggles, FFP2 mask,
face shield / visor ...

Père et fils

And you
in all of that ?

Your arrival at the practice is carefully prepared. Patients should wear a mask, observe the

barrier gestures and our specific recommendations for the protection of all: find our "Guide to recommendations before your appointment."

It is very rare for a patient or limb
of staff contract an infection or disease
in a dental or orthodontic office.
